Dorin Boerescu
CEO and principal shareholder
Dorin Boerescu is a representative of the first generation of entrepreneurs and digital marketing specialists from Romania, with 21 years of experience in the digital and technology fields.
A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and led several advertising companies, and since 2009 he is the CEO and principal shareholder of 2Performant, a company which he has helped grow 200-fold over the last 11 years.
Dorin Boerescu is a member of the board of trustees of iHunt Technology, a BSE listed company since 2019. He acted as business mentor of the Entrepreneurship Academy, an internationally accredited management and entrepreneurial program, and has been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 by Ernst & Young.
Bogdan Aron

Bogdan Aron has a solid body of experience in digital, technology, and entrepreneurship, in entrepreneurial companies in which he was, more often than not, a partner.
He has been a part of the 2Performant team since 2012, in various roles, and he has contributed decisively to the development of the business. Today, Bogdan Aron is the 2Performant Chief Financial Officer and he is managing the listing of the company on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Bogdan Aron is featured in the Business Magazin „100 Young Top Managers 2020” catalogue. Also, he is one of the youngest MBA graduates in Romania, with an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management, Romania.
Irina Dumitrașcu
CTO
Irina Dumitrașcu has a master’s degree in Computer Programming from „Politehnica” University in Bucharest, where she had also graduated from.
She has been working in IT for 15 years, with roles such as technical director, software engineer, or IT consultant. She has mastered an extensive repertoire of technologies and programming languages, such as Ruby, Javascript, Docker, AWS, OOP, and best practices in code and IT systems architecture.
Irina Dumitrașcu joined 2Performant in 2015, where she manages the R&D Department, which has developed and continues to improve the 2Performant technological platform.
Constantin Stanciu
Business Development Director
Constantin Stanciu is highly experienced in sales and customer service, which he has been doing for 13 years. He is a co-founder of the Upgrader business community and the founder of WeContent, the most important content marketing conference in Romania, a concept he sold and which is still successful.
He joined 2Performant in 2018 as a Business Development Manager for the Influencer Marketing Division, later becoming the Business Development Director for both of the company’s products – affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
Today, Constantin Stanciu coordinates the Client Service and Sales Department at 2Performant.

Sergiu Neguț
Sergiu Neguț is one of Romania’s most appreciated investors and a co-founder of Fintech OS, a company which has been designated as the fintech start-up of the year at the 2020 Europas Awards.
Sergiu Neguț is a business growth consultant, with a rich experience in developing numerous businesses from diverse positions, such as board member, investor, and manager. Also, he is an Associate Dean of the Maastricht School of Management, România.
He has contributed significantly to the growth of 2Performant, by leading the main financing rounds of the company across 2014 and 2015.
Vladimir Oane
Vladimir Oane is a representative of the new generation of tech entrepreneurs. He has an impressive body of experience in the development of innovative products and companies that are enjoying global success.
One of these is uberVU, a social analytics platform founded and lead by Vladimir Oane, which has been subsequently acquired by HootSuite. More recently, he co-founded Deepstash, a global app for personal and professional development. Also, he contributes to the success of many tech companies from his position as a consultant, or as a board member.
Matei Pavel
Matei Pavel is an entrepreneur and a tech investor. He started his relationship with 2Performant as early as 2011, at which time he was one of the top platform affiliates.
In the past 10 years, Matei Pavel has launched several successful online and tech businesses and is a co-founder of T-Me Studios, one of the global leaders in mobile app publishing, with over 1 billion downloads. He also invests in business from diverse industries to whose accelerated growth he contributes.
