On 30.01.2023, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders appointed Dorin-Cristian Boerescu, Anda-Irina Patzelt and Iulian-Florentin Circiumaru as members of the Company’s Board of Directors, for a term valid until 30 January 2025. On the same date, Dorin-Cristian Boerescu was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, for a term valid until the date of expiry of the mandate as member of the Board of Directors.
Dorin Boerescu
CEO, Chairman of the Board, Majority Shareholder
Dorin Boerescu is a representative of the first generation of entrepreneurs and specialists in digital marketing in Romania, with 24 years of experience in digital and technology. A serial entrepreneur, he founded and ran a number of advertising companies, and since 2009 he has been a significant shareholder and CEO of 2Performant, a company he has grown from a turnover of 15.000 € in 2009 to 7 million € in 2022.
Anda Patzelt
Non-executive Director
Anda Patzelt is a lawyer with 20 years of experience, currently Partner at the Anda Patzelt Law Office. Throughout her career, she has provided legal assistance in areas related to corporate and commercial issues, merger and acquisition projects, Internet law, intellectual property among others. Anda has a University degree in Law and a specialization in comparative law from the International Faculty of Comparative Law, Strasbourg.
Iulian Cîrciumaru
Independent and non-executive Director
Iulian Cîrciumaru is Managing Partner V7 Capital, Chairman of the Board Holde Agri Invest and member in the Advisory Boards of GapMinder and Ideo Ideis. He worked in management consulting for Kearney and PwC and founded 7card, company acquired by Sodexo. He has been an investor on the capital market for over 15 years, but also in various local start-ups. Iulian has studied economy and business administration at ASE Bucharest, Copenhagen Business School, IMD Lausanne.
In the General Meeting of Shareholders on April 22, 2024, the shareholders approved the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors, Vladimir Oane and Matei Pavel, for a three-year term, until April 22, 2027.
Vladimir Oane
Vladimir Oane is a representative of the new generation of tech entrepreneurs. He has an impressive body of experience in the development of innovative products and companies that are enjoying global success.
One of these is uberVU, a social analytics platform founded and lead by Vladimir Oane, which has been subsequently acquired by HootSuite. More recently, he co-founded Deepstash, a global app for personal and professional development. Also, he contributes to the success of many tech companies from his position as a consultant, or as a board member.
Matei Pavel
Matei Pavel is an entrepreneur and a tech investor. He started his relationship with 2Performant as early as 2011, at which time he was one of the top platform affiliates.
In the past 10 years, Matei Pavel has launched several successful online and tech businesses and is a co-founder of T-Me Studios, one of the global leaders in mobile app publishing, with over 1 billion downloads. He also invests in business from diverse industries to whose accelerated growth he contributes.
