Corporations are overtaking one another, the Pharma kids are holding tight to their status, and a 4-way matchup emerges in the Company ranks

Impossible to start this particular #matchups roundup without a proper shoutout to the Romanian National Team who absolutely crushed it at their EURO 2024 debut. Jaw dropping stuff, as the pundits say. Nita vs. Dovbyk, Stanciu vs. Lunin, Marin vs. Sudakov were just a few of the matchups we enjoyed watching on the pitch the other day. And what a day for the ages!
Business League has its own duels to cheer on and this week makes no exception. So let’s dive in.
The Freelance Marketers are seeing an interesting SaintSylveszter vs. SaintSylveszter these days. Yes, you read that right. SaintSylveszter is currently at #1 and the only player he’s fighting is himself. The competition? Way behind, as he’s driving traffic like no one else by a mile.
A more engaging atmosphere in the Start-Ups ranking, where Ionut.B and MariusTopuzaru have just 4 sales separating them at #4 and #5. These guys have a history of staying consistent in the Business League, and that’s no small feat considering all that’s going on all the time in the e-commerce & marketing space. Nothing flashy, just hard work and a mindset that can get you places.
After more than a couple of weeks fine-tuning its high-altitude gear, Expandeo is back at #1 in Companies, which is the exact spot they finished the previous Round. The natural step now would be a much-awaited promotion in the Corporations rankings, but there’s still a long way to go. Klikads is breathing down their necks, so things could get really messy really fast.
Switching over to the Merchants side, last week we had the most promising matchup in a while to cheer on. Ironically it was in the Newcomers aisle. Greeno.ro and nutriland.ro were killing it side by side. Well, things have changed since last week. That’s how Business League works. Greeno has now more than doubled their sales leaving all doubt and newcomers behind. Great stuff from their captain Andrei Grigoras who’s on a mission to make this bad boy fly high.
The Electronics IT&C category has seen better days and F64.ro is seriously looking to bring those days back. Currently at #5 in Start-Ups, they appear to be bettering their results from one Round to the next. The Pharma kids are right there though, to make it way harder than it seems. Looking at you, videt.ro. Since promoting, videt.ro has been nothing but committed in climbing the rankings, so a much deserved bravo to their leaders!
Flanco is back on top in Companies, but they have to fight off both evomag.ro and spy-shop.ro if they want to recapture the glory they once had. Interestingly enough, we have 4 players going toe to toe for promotion, all separated by no more than a couple hundred sales. The devil is in the details.
Last but not least, here’s a crazy change for you. Last week, it was the nerds at bookzone.ro grabbing the first spot in Corporations, with answear.ro relentlessly closing in on them. Well, they switched places. Answear.ro has seen the inside lane and took it and they’re a nose in front, looking to hold on tight. Let’s watch them closely!
