Merchants are still playing the Black Friday game – and playing it well. But let’s take a closer look at how the last few days have reshaped the competition in Business League.

The must-watch battle: fashiondays.ro vs. bookzone.ro in Corporations. Fashiondays took an early lead, surging ahead before November 8th. The bookworms however pushed the Boost button when it mattered and have caught up with the frontrunner. Interestingly enough, while the number of sales for these two is similar, the team of Marketers that made it possible is clearly larger for Bookzone. This rivalry is heating up, and both are on track to soon battle at a Unicorn level. 

In Companies, bestvalue.eu is enjoying leading the pack with Unicorn-worthy metrics very soon. Meanwhile, there’s an exciting showdown between epantofi.ro and evomag.ro, where sales figures are nearly identical. The traffic used to get to those sales however is a whole different story. It’s take evomag basically 3x the clicks. Nothing wrong with that, it only goes to show that, in the Business League, there’s more than one path to success.

Start-Ups have their own small and medium shows to be watched. Our favorite for today? ihunt.ro vs. modivo.ro at #4 and #5. Fashion players are appearing in nearly every showdown these days – an unmistakable sign of just how lucrative this category has become.

Unicorn Marketers have been thriving lately, with vast portfolios under their belts. BigConvert is back to its dominating ways, but we’re seeing a compelling face-off between SHOPIA and productXL.com. All three have pretty much settled here, in the Unicorns realm, and their stats suggest there’s still much to be done this round.

Meanwhile, Tipli.ro and M.Catalin are neck and neck in Corporations. Fascinating to see, especially during this BF beautiful chaos, how the number of clicks is so different between them, yet the sales are not. Strategies might not be the same, but usually the champions mindset is. 

Switching to some leaders now. In Companies, it’s the skills of OberstBV and klikads.ro that have been surfacing lately. Just a couple of hundreds sales separating them, but a pretty large gap in terms of Portfolio Efficiency. Whatever their sales objectives were for this Black Friday, they are both on track to make the leap to Corporations next round.

Last but not least, the Start-Ups have ended up with a tyrant of a leader this round 😀 blackfriday.ro. But the matchup looks interesting for spots 2 and 3, where Piccodi_RO and Pascale.iulian have outdone themselves and are now cashing in on their efforts.
