Today is a big day for 2Performant and for the affiliate marketing and eCommece market in Romania. We’re announcing our intention to list on the AeRo market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange by the end of this year!

It is a joyous occasion for us, and we hope it is just as joyous for you, our partners and friends, together with whom we’ve grown affiliate marketing in Romania!

Twelve years ago we were launching the concept of affiliate marketing in Romania and ever since, our name (then 2Parale, now 2Performant), has become synonymous with this concept. Today we continue to take it upon us to develop and educate the local affiliate marketing scene and we’re taking it to the next level by listing on the stock exchange!

Why are we listing?

2Performant is about democracy. We talk frequently about the democratization of marketing and we do that daily through our affiliate and influencer marketing platform. Now we are going forward and we are applying the same principles to our business. We want for every person who believes in us, in affiliate marketing and the future of it, to be able to own a part of our company, and for that we are going public.

We have big plans and many opportunities. Now is the time for eCommerce and affiliate marketing: our industry is growing rapidly and we want to capture that growth in our platform to then benefit together from all the present and future opportunities. For that to happen we want access to capital so that we can continue to develop further.

We are ready! Over the years, we have raised multiple funding rounds, and we have been working for many years with business angels and with a prestigious advisory board formed by Sergiu Negut (investor and co-founder of Fintech OS), Vladimir Oane (enterpreneur and co-founder of Deepstash) and Matei Pavel (entrepreneur, investor and co-founder T-Me Studios). Moreover, we received trust and recognition from the Bucharest Stock Exchange when we became finalists of their „Made in Romania” program which supports local companies that show promising growth potential. We became a joint-stock company in 2015 and we have been audited since. At the beginning of this month the 2Performant shareholders have approved the listing of the company on the AeRo market of the Romanian Stock Exchange. The broker chosen for the listing is Goldring.

Some facts about us

In 2019, 2Performant registered a turnover of 3.2 million EUR, up by 20% from 2018, and continued its accelerated growth into the first half of 2020 amid the rise of eCommerce during the pandemic crisis and the shifting of purchasing habits to the online environment.

Over time, 2Performant helped generate over 5 million online transactions worth over 205 million EUR, for over 600 local and regional eCommerce players from over 30 different industries. Moreover, our affiliate partners have earned over 14 million EUR in commissions on our platform.
